ABOUT OUR APPLIANCES
WHAT ARE SCRATCH & DENT APPLIANCES?
Scratch & dent appliances are cosmetically damaged during transport or on the floor at the large retail stores. We purchase these appliances at a discount and are therefore able to pass the savings onto you.
Cosmetic damage can range from slight scratches to dents. All scratch & dent appliances are tested and inspected by our experienced and certified in-house technicians before being placed on our sales floor.
HOW ARE OUR APPLIANCES GRADED?
- A-Grade appliances have some package damage and have been removed from their original packaging but have minimal or no visible defects.
- B-Grade appliances are our normal scratch & dent items that are cosmetically damaged during storage, transport, or on the floor at large retail stores.
- C-Grade appliances are our refurbished items which have more damage on them and may be missing a shelf or drawer. These units are sold at a greater discount.
